Kirstin Martin, owner of AD-Venture Advertising Agency, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona. She started her career in counseling and it transitioned her into marketing due to her excellent communication skills and public relations. She was the Marketing Director for Golden Dawn Health Services and created and expanded several successful programs, handling all the ins and outs of the programs and well as launches and all the marketing.
Knowing what makes people tick and how they communicate would be vital as she launched her sales career. Kirstin joined KOLD News 13, a CBS affiliate in 1999. She has been a Local Sales Manager and National Sales Manager at KOLD and KMSB/KTTU.
Kirstin prides herself on being an excellent team player, goal-motivated and budget-focused. She built and exceeded sales revenues every year for her clients, whilst successfully recruiting, coaching and training new sales staff.
Ask Kirstin what drives her in working in media and she says, “Advertising and marketing is all about connections. It’s about “Who do you know” and bottom line is we are connected to them. Tucson or Phoenix we have the contacts and history of successful partnerships."

A married mother of three, this Connecticut native has made her home in Tucson. When she’s not getting the best deals for her clients, she’s gardening, walking, running, hiking or renovating a room in her home. Her oldest is in the Navy and her other two are still keeping her active with Swim Team, Basketball and Track and Field. Writing is what she does when she relaxes, it’s something fun and keeps her creative. Her favorite thing to is spend time with family and friends.
